-
How long are the bands?
Each band is a 82-inch continuous loop, which measures about 41 inches end to end when laid flat.
-
Can they snap? Is it dangerous?
Any rubber band can fail if it is overstretched or anchored on a sharp edge. check the surface of each band for nicks or cuts before use.
-
Can I use these for physical therapy?
The Red band (15-35 lbs) is the one most commonly used for rehab and range-of-motion work, and Black (25-65 lbs) suits later-stage strengthening.
-
