Standard shipping is $5.95 flat on every order, with no minimum purchase and no extra charge for larger orders.
Subscribers ship free. Sign up to our email list and we will send you a free-shipping code you can use at checkout, plus a code for 10% off your order. You can sign up at the bottom of our home page. Enter the code in the discount box at checkout and your shipping cost becomes $0.00.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order contains more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages.
United States: 3-7 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase.
Canada and International: 7-20 business days after your order ships, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Late delivery: If your U.S. order has not arrived within 10 business days of your purchase date, contact us and we will send you a 10% discount code for your next order.
Lost packages: If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the carrier confirms your package is lost, contact us and we will send a free replacement, or store credit if the item is no longer available.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. This guarantee does not cover orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or packages the carrier shows as delivered to the address provided.
