Clean with warm soapy water, and let the suction cup soak in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften it.

Make sure the basket is properly and securely installed. It’s important that everything is aligned and fitted correctly.

When using it, press the suction cup head firmly with your fingers to push out all the air inside. This is very important — the less air left inside, the stronger the suction.
- This product includes the stainless steel basket and mounting accessories (adhesive pad + suction cups). Important Compatibility Notice – Suction cups work only on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as polished tile, stainless steel, or glass. For textured, stone, or matte finishes, use the included adhesive pad instead.
- Sponge & Brush NOT Included, Images showing sponge and brush are for illustration purposes only. The brush slot opening is approximately 2.2" in diameter, please ensure your brush head is larger than this size to prevent it from slipping through.
