Clean with warm soapy water, and let the suction cup soak in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften it.

Make sure the basket is properly and securely installed. It’s important that everything is aligned and fitted correctly.

When using it, press the suction cup head firmly with your fingers to push out all the air inside. This is very important — the less air left inside, the stronger the suction.
