If I have a problem with my cube, how do I get it replaced?
On every box of Squeez’M products there is a text number and an email prominently displayed under an easy replace heading which you can use to instantly message for a replacement.

What is the stuff inside the cube and is it safe for children?
The stuff inside the cube in a water-soluble sugar gel called maltose. It is non-staining, non-toxic and is ASTM certified under federal safety standards for three year olds and up.

I previously bought a different companie's cube and it smelled bad. Does your cube smell bad?
No, we have a special process that eliminates the odor that you would smell on competitor's cubes. Our cubes have no bad odor.

How is it packaged? If I give it as a gift, do I need another box to put it in?
Our cubes and squeeze toys are always boxed in a second, protective outer box. Perfect for wrapping as a gift to make a nice clean present for someone.

Returns & Refunds
30-day returns. Not happy with your order? Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
Arrived damaged, defective or wrong? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost and no restocking fee.
For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping and a 3% restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
