The soundbar has only static when watching TV, what's the problem?
Please note that you must access the settings menu on both your TV and streaming device(e.g., Roku Box, Fire Stick)separately and set the audio output mode to PCM/STEREO.

Can I use my TV remote to control the soundbar? I don't want to use two remotes.

You will need to disconnect the bluetooth connection by press and hold BT on remote for 2S before connecting it with another device via bluetooth.

- Please connect the subwoofer to the SUB OUT port on the soundbar, not the AUX IN port. These two ports look identical, so please pay close attention to the labels—otherwise, the subwoofer will not produce any sound.
